Data Deletion
Effective: April 28, 2026 · Last updated: April 28, 2026
You can delete your Post account and all associated data at any time. Post is operated by Novel, LLC.
Delete from inside the app
Sign in to your Post dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirming removes your account, organizations you own, all connected platform tokens (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Stripe, etc.), uploaded receipts, transactions, and tax data. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Disconnect a single platform
If you only want to remove data from one connected platform (for example, revoke Instagram’s connection without deleting your Post account), go to Settings → Connections and click Disconnect next to that platform. We immediately revoke the platform’s access token and stop syncing new data; previously-synced data tied to that platform is removed within 24 hours.
Email request
If you can’t access your account or prefer email, send a deletion request to help@postforcreators.com from the email address you signed up with. Include the phrase “data deletion request” in the subject line. We respond within 30 days, typically within 1–2 business days, and confirm once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, and authentication records
- All organizations you own and their members
- All connected platform tokens (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Stripe Connect, Plaid bank connections, Patreon, LTK, Impact, ShareASale, Amazon Associates)
- All transactions, receipts, brand deals, gifted product entries, tax inputs, and exports
- Any messages exchanged through the in-app CPA chat
What may be retained
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion (your email address, timestamp of the request, and confirmation that we processed it) for up to 7 years to comply with U.S. tax, accounting, and audit obligations. This retained record is not used for any other purpose.
Third-party data
Deleting your Post account does not delete data held by the platforms you connected (YouTube, Instagram, etc.). To delete data on those platforms, contact each provider directly. Post only stores its own copy of the data those platforms send us.
